We at Yara are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world's key challenges - resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change.
This role is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of added value solutions that meet the evolving needs of farmers and the food value chain across Benelux, with selective activities in Germany. By closely engaging with customers and partners, the role identifies agronomic needs, supports commercial growth, and strengthens market adoption of our fertilizer solutions. It contributes directly to business targets by helping expand the biological product segment (YaraVita and YaraAmplix), increasing sales of low-carbon fertilizers (Yara Climate Choice), and supporting overall portfolio growth in the region.
You are responsible for developing and optimizing a regional portfolio of value‑added and sustainable crop nutrition solutions. You translate market insights, agronomic needs and customer feedback into clear product positioning and solid portfolio decisions. In close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, you drive effective go‑to‑market execution.
• Monitor product performance, market trends and competitor activity to support decision‑making.
• Contribute to commercial planning, key-account activities and cross‑functional projects driving regional growth.
• Support demand planning and forecasting with product insights, seasonal expectations and market intelligence.
• Support the development of regional pricing strategies and value propositions.
• Manage product projects such as trials, launches and pilot programs, ensuring structure and follow‑up.
• Ensure product documentation, technical materials and guidelines are current and accessible to frontline teams.
• Represent the portfolio at customer meetings, field events and industry platforms as required.
You will work in a flexible hybrid set‑up, primarily from home, complemented by regular office days in our Brussels office.
This role offers strong opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth. You will deepen your expertise in sustainable crop nutrition, portfolio management and go‑to‑market strategy, while working closely with experienced colleagues across commercial, agronomy and supply chain teams.
You’ll make sure that all activities are being executed in conformance with Yara’s Values & Management system.
