Key Responsibilities
- Own features and modules across supply chain products end-to-end
- Translate supply chain workflows into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to identify pain points and improvement areas
- Define and track key metrics such as OTIF, inventory turns, fill rate, and cost-to-serve
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Prioritize backlog, support sprint planning, and drive timely execution - Measure product impact and continuously iterate based on outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience
- Strong understanding of supply chain or operations workflows
- Experience building internal tools or B2B products
- Data-driven mindset with comfort working with metrics and dashboards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in fast-paced, execution-focused environments
