Founded in Berlin, autarc is a ~40 person start-up who were part of Y Combinator’s S24 batch in San Francisco. Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, with the Engineering & Product department currently ~20 people, as we continue to grow throughout the year.
We're looking for a Product Manager to work in one of our key product teams in building the leading OS for Europe's solar workforce.
You'll participate in customer visits for product discovery, help shape and maintain our product roadmap, run planning sessions and sprint preps with team leads, manage tickets in Linear and open Cursor to ship stuff yourself.
We're experiencing growth in new territories and whilst there is a GTM launch underway, each specific market has their own requirements that will effect the way our software is designed and built.
Other responsibilities will be as follows:
- Support leadership in shaping and prioritising the product roadmap
- Run product discovery alongside our teams through direct customer engagement
- Manage product operations in Linear: triage, prioritisation, sprint hygiene
- Build and ship features or prototypes directly using AI-assisted development tools (Lovable, Figma, Cursor, Copilot)
- Facilitate planning sessions with product teams and sprint preps with engineering leads
- Represent autarc in customer calls, sales meetings, and training sessions
- Work alongside our Engineers in building and shipping material
This is a Product Manager position but as the landscape of the industry shifts, we also expect you to build and tangibly contribute on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Exposure to working in B2B SaaS
- AI-native in working with tools to help you run faster and jump higher
- Track record in conducting user interviews and product discovery
- A desired obsession to go deep into Solar, PV and the renewables space altogether
- Berlin-based and willing to work hybrid
- German native a very nice to have (or bilingual with French, Spanish, Italian, Polish etc.)
