Your tasks

Your key contributions and influences:

• Be Product Business Owner: Shaping strategy, driving profitability, and delivering measurable impact across your portfolio.
• Shape market-winning strategies: Lead strategic assessments including trend analysis, competitor insights, routes-to-market, and capability evaluation to stay ahead in a dynamic market.
• Define and drive the vision: Build and execute product roadmaps, development strategies, and innovation pipelines that align with global growth ambitions.
• Maximize value & profitability: Create compelling business cases and value propositions, and partner on value-based pricing to unlock the full potential of your product portfolio.
• Own the lifecycle end-to-end: From concept to launch and beyond—lead product definition, positioning, storytelling, go-to-market execution, and ongoing performance optimization.
• Turn insights into impactful products: Translate customer, end-user, and market insights into competitive, high-value product requirements that truly meet market needs.
• Collaborate globally, influence broadly: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, and global peers—driving alignment, product harmonization, and stage-gate excellence while contributing to globally impactful initiatives.

Requirements

What we are looking for：

• College degree or higher, preferably in engineering or related field.
• Good English as work language both written and oral
• Strong communication skills
• With 5 to 8 years of product management skills and project experience in similar industries.
• Advanced operational knowledge of restaurant processes and practices, equipment and skills required to perform a variety of tasks in a restaurant environment is preferred
• Travel, including internationally as required to support customer and company requirements
