Your mission

As Product Manager, Service Contracts, you have global ownership of the development and management of the service contract offering, translating customer and market needs into a competitive portfolio, strategy and roadmap that drive profitable growth and customer value. Working across Sales, Service, Finance, Product Management and regional organizations, you ensure effective commercialization, adoption and continuous development of the offering in line with the Business Unit Lifecycle Services strategy.

The position is open for Tampere, Helsinki or Raisio, Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the global service contract product strategy, portfolio and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer needs, market opportunities and profitability targets
• Drive profitable growth and commercial performance of the service contract portfolio, including sales, revenue, margin, penetration and lifecycle value
• Define, develop and maintain the global service contract offering, including product structure, value propositions, pricing principles, commercial conditions and local market adaptations
• Lead the continuous improvement of the offering based on customer needs, market intelligence, competitive developments, product performance and business opportunities
• Act as the global product owner for service contract capabilities in CPQ and other relevant sales, administration and digital tools, ensuring effective processes, data quality and governance
• Identify, prioritize and coordinate new product development and major product or feature initiatives, including business cases covering customer value, revenue potential, cost impact and profitability
• Support markets in developing service contract sales strategies, action plans and performance improvements, while contributing to sales planning, business reviews and strategic discussions
• Develop product positioning, communication, training, sales processes and tools to increase service contract penetration and sales effectiveness
• Own performance management and reporting for the service contract portfolio, identifying gaps and initiating corrective actions
• Represent the service contract product area in relevant global and cross-functional forums and acts as the key global point of contact for the portfolio.

What we are looking for

• Technical and/or Business Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years in similar role in aftermarket business with load handling equipment (or similar heavy equipments)
• Experience in multinational working environment
• Experience in working in customer interface
• Strong commercial, strategic and influencing skills
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
• Mindset for strategic thinking, understanding of business strategies and goals
• Knowledge and experience with SAP, CRM, CPQ systems
• Fluent written and verbal English language.
