This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager - Security in Spain.

This is an exciting opportunity for a security-focused product professional to shape the future of AI-driven cloud infrastructure in a fast-growing international environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between security, compliance, product strategy, and customer communication, ensuring that security becomes a true competitive advantage. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, and customer-facing teams to drive secure product innovation and transparency. The position offers significant ownership across roadmap development, security initiatives, certification programs, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll contribute to large-scale cloud and AI infrastructure projects while influencing how security products and practices are communicated to global customers. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical understanding, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills in a high-impact, innovation-driven setting.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and drive the roadmap, vision, and lifecycle of security-focused products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.
  • Manage product ideation, backlog prioritization, customer feedback integration, and feature launches while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Lead customer-facing communications related to security updates, compliance changes, and incident response messaging in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging standards, and opportunities to strengthen the organization’s security positioning.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, engineering, and security teams to support certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and related frameworks.
  • Track certification progress, coordinate audit preparation activities, and communicate milestones and updates to leadership and customer-facing teams.
  • Partner with multiple product and technical teams to ensure consistent security messaging and alignment across the broader product ecosystem.
  • Support customers and partners by addressing security-related inquiries and improving adoption of security capabilities and best practices.

    • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Program Management with a strong focus on security-related initiatives.
    • Good understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar standards.
    • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly communication and documentation.
    • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, compliance, marketing, legal, and customer teams.
    • Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven product decisions.
    • Solid project management experience, including coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of security and compliance objectives.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and highly technical environments.
    • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are considered a plus.
    • Previous experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or regulated industries is highly valued.
