Main Objective:
The Product Manager will proactively participate in both product planning and product marketing for their designated product line/s across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong & Taiwan (“SEA”) in supporting the company’s overall strategy and goals. This includes development and implementation of product launches and marketing campaigns based on the information gathered from the market, product, and competition, and be the subject matter expert for training internal and external customers on the safe and effective use of Arthrex products. Other responsibilities include consideration of restrictions to market access, financing and risk analysis to achieve the strategic sales and marketing goals of the division.

Work Environment:
Regularly visits customer locations (Hospitals and/or Operating Theatres) and company office. Trips to other business locations (up to 40%) within SEA is required. May be in contact with pollutants, such as viruses, bacteria, and/or chemicals when visiting clients in hospitals.
Internal and External Relations:
The position maintains ongoing relationships with Orthopaedists, Arthrex customers, Arthrex Customer Services, and hospital staff in order to support/perform duties in this position. The position will be required to provide timely and accurate information to management, colleagues and other departments by phone, email, in writing or in person. It is required the ability to obtain cooperation and convey accurate information in a timely manner.
