Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Manager Savings & Invest for a consultancy mission delivered on-site at the client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will perform all responsibilities and meet all requirements described below while working closely with the client's teams.

You are the second hand to the manager of Saving Invest. You are able to put yourself in the shoes of a customer, the distributor and in the shoes of the client. You are able to lead meetings, as with people of operations, marketing, legal or more technically skilled people (IT, reporting data, ). You are structured and help the business to design everything, so specifications can be delivered on time. You help the business to offer constructive solutions and detail them to ensure the project and 'ongoing concerns' can be delivered on scope and on time. You elaborate the business specifications, also for the more analytical part, and make supports to show concept to higher management.

Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions:

This is a consultancy role where you will be employed by Keystone Solutions and work primarily on-site at the client location. You will integrate with client stakeholders while benefiting from Keystone Solutions' community, resources, and support structures. Engagements may include hybrid collaboration depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the second hand to the manager of Saving Invest at the client.
• Put yourself in the shoes of a customer, the distributor and in the shoes of the client.
• Lead meetings with operations, marketing, legal, and technically skilled people (IT, reporting data, ).
• Be structured and help the business to design everything so specifications can be delivered on time.
• Offer constructive solutions and detail them to ensure the project and 'ongoing concerns' can be delivered on scope and on time.
• Elaborate the business specifications, including the more analytical part, and make supports to show concept to higher management.
• Ability to deep analyse excel data (commercial , financial result) and draw conclusions on those data.
• Ability to understand all tax and legals topics linked to life insurance products.
• Have an analytical mind, be able to explain a complex subject in a simple but correct way.
• Be able to elaborate presentation to convince the management.
• Detail the specifications needed to develop a product (including process flow on a high level view, simulation tools, reserve calculations, commercial supports, rerporting and regulation/tax topics).
• Take into account the commercial documents and communications.
• Be able to elaborate commercial supports.

All responsibilities above will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, embedded with the client's teams.

Mission Period:

• Expected Start date: Asap
• Duration: 6 months (Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Language Requirements:

• English: Speaking 2, Reading 2, Writing 2 (Mandatory)
• Dutch: Speaking 3, Reading 3, Writing 3 (Preferable)
• French: Speaking 3, Reading 2/3, Writing 2/3 (Preferable)
• Scale: 1 = Basic – 2 = Good – 3 = Fluent

Location:

Brussels centre.

Education:

Master required, preferably with an economic or actuarial background.

Required Knowledge and Experience (to be performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant):

• Be able to pull a project or 'ongoing concerns' (run activities), not only as a project leader but also invest in the content and make it your own

Business experience required (work experience) – Mandatory

• Minimum 2/3 years experience in product management
• Preference for someone with an affinity with investment products (knowledge in insurance investment products like Branch 23 and Branch 21 is an asset)

Technical experience required (hard skills related to physical or digital tools) – Mandatory

• Ability to deep analyse excel data (commercial , financial result) and draw conclusions on those data
• Ability to understand all tax and legals topics linked to life insurance products
• Have an analytical mind, be able to explain a complex subject in a simple but correct way
• Be able to elaborate presentation to convince the management
• You can detail the specifications needed to develop a product (including process flow on a high level view, simulation tools, reserve calculations, commercial supports, rerporting and regulation/tax topics)
• You can take into account the commercial documents and communications
• Be able to elaborate commercial supports

Functional experience required (job experience in particular industry and in particular function) – Mandatory

• Product Manager Mid-level (2 y - 5 y)
