About SAP Signavio Process Analysis and Mining

SAP Signavio is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead one of our core teams in the process analysis and mining product area. Within the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, the process analysis and mining products provide the data-driven foundation to enable visibility and foster process improvement. The Product Manager will be a key member of our process analysis and mining team.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will be accountable within the empowered product team that owns a solution domain within the SAP Signavio Process Intelligence analysis area. You will be focused on the long- and short-term product vision of this area of the product, managing the roadmap and the functional backlog. You manage a product from ideation through launch, growth, and eventual retirement. You ensure products stay relevant, competitive, and commercially viable over time. This is also an AI-focused role: you will be expected to leverage AI tools and techniques to drive efficient discovery and delivery, and to bring a forward-thinking AI perspective to the product strategy. You will work closely with customers and a range of internal stakeholders. To thrive in this role, you are someone who works well in teams, enjoys collaborating, and appreciates the importance of communication and feedback. You are also able to lead complex cross-team initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Understand and represent user needs
• Define and lead an outcome-based roadmap with a strong analytics and AI-first mindset
• Support realization of product vision and roadmap, considering strategic, customer, technical and competitive aspects
• Support decisions about in-house developments, purchases or strategic partnerships on product level
• Ensure product delivery through high-quality specifications according to customer requirements and market needs
• Foster close collaboration within the Empowered Product Team and with other teams
• Define and track metrics for measuring success of Signavio’s products and the productivity of Signavio’s customers
• Speak at events and deliver internal enablement activities
• Interact with customers and partners through various communication channels to contribute to product strategy and ensure customer success
• Support marketing in building core content and website/promotional materials
• Serve as the go-to product expert for internal teams, executives, sales, marketing, customers, and partners
• Drive efficient discovery and delivery using AI, applying AI-powered tools and methodologies to accelerate product development cycles and improve team productivity

Capabilities & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 8+ years of work experience in academia or software development, with strong experience as a product manager
• Deep understanding of data engineering and business process analytics
• Demonstrated AI focus, with hands-on experience applying AI in a product development or discovery context
• Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools to prototype, evaluate technical feasibility, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agent architectures and agentic process mining or discovery use cases.
• (Profound knowledge of SAP Signavio tools and the wider SAP product portfolio) desirable but not compulsory
• Expertise in data analytics frameworks (process mining is desirable)
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Articulate storyteller and presenter, confident in working with large enterprise customers in both pre-sales and post-sales phases
• Excellent writing skills: presentations, white papers, solution papers, and case studies
• Experience working in a matrix organization, crafting and leading initiatives across the company, with solid collaboration, negotiation, and prioritization skills; knowledge of SAP organization, practices, and processes is a plus
• Solid understanding of market dynamics in enterprise IT, with the ability to analyze the competitive landscape and technology innovations and drive product and go-to-market strategy accordingly
• Empathy with development teams is very important; experience as a software developer in an agile development team is a plus
• Very strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-cultural global team
• Language requirements: English (fluent, required); Czech (highly desirable); German (advantageous)
