Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Define the vision and roadmap for digitizing sales processes, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies in sales processes.

Product Ownership:

  • Responsible for functional analysis and documentation of requirements including process flows, business logics and designs.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features or enhancements.
  • Drive sprint planning and requirement grooming with the development team.
  • Participate in testing and validating acceptance criteria for deployment sign-off.
  • Drive timely release of product features while ensuring quality adherence.

Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate current sales workflows and identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and field teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and other teams to design and implement digitized solutions.
  • Communicate product progress and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Metrics and Performance:

  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of digitization initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to iteratively improve processes and product features.

Change Management:

  • Lead the transition from traditional sales processes to digital solutions, ensuring buy-in from internal teams.
  • Provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes.

Experience

4-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, preferably in sales, CX, sales strategy or similar domains

Industry Preferred

Automotive

Qualifications

  • BTech + MBA from a top-tier school.
