We are looking for a Founder's Office team member to work directly with the founder and leadership team on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives. This is a high ownership, high visibility role where you will drive 0→1 projects, strategic programs, and business-critical initiatives across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and more. Requirements

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-impact strategic initiatives across the company.
• Drive 0→1 and 1→10 projects from ideation to execution.
• Own program management for key business priorities.
• Work closely with the founder on business planning, decision-making, and execution.
• Prepare strategic documents, presentations, and business insights.
• Act as an extension of the founder in driving key initiatives.
• Work across Product, Growth, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance.
• Break down complex problems into structured action plans.
• Ensure alignment and execution across teams.
• Take ownership of ambiguous, high-priority problems.
• Build solutions from scratch — processes, playbooks, and frameworks.
• Drive experimentation and rapid iteration.
• Analyse business performance across key metrics (GMV, CAC, conversion, retention).
• Build dashboards and generate insights to guide decisions.
• Support data-driven strategy and execution.
• Identify inefficiencies and build scalable processes.
• Improve cross-team coordination and execution velocity.
• Drive operational rigor across functions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive follow-ups, ensure accountability, and unblock teams.
• Act as a central node for critical initiatives.
