Job Description

The Specialty Products team within Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) organization defines and delivers differentiated, industry-specific payment and liquidity solutions across key verticals, including Real Estate, Construction, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, and others.

This team leads end-to-end product strategy, development, and lifecycle management—translating complex industry needs into scalable, market-leading capabilities that drive client value and business growth.

Within this portfolio, the Real Estate & Construction segment focuses on delivering solutions tailored to developers, property managers, owners, general contractors, and related stakeholders. This role supports product outcomes and strategy while helping drive toward a clear end-state vision by partnering across the organization to deliver meaningful client and business impact.

In This Role

  • Support product strategy and execution for Real Estate & Construction-focused payment and liquidity solutions

  • Analyze market dynamics, client needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations impacting the industry

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of products and product lines aligned to segment-specific needs

  • Support product lifecycle management activities including ideation, development, delivery, and optimization

  • Evaluate marketing strategies and identify opportunities for product positioning, enhancements, and growth

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Implementations, Operations, Service, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors

  • Help define and track key business and customer metrics, ensuring alignment to product outcomes

  • Present recommendations and insights to address moderately complex product, market, or client challenges

  • Develop, implement, and maintain product features, services, and supporting programs

  • Ensure all product activities adhere to compliance, privacy, and risk management standards

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product management, product development, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military, or education

Desired Qualifications

  • Treasury Management experience, including payments, collections, or digital product delivery

  • Exposure to Real Estate and/or Construction industries (e.g., property management, development, project-based workflows, escrow, or rent/payment flows)

  • Experience working in Agile and/or platform-based operating models

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze client feedback, data, and market insights to inform decisions

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities

  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with the ability to operate in evolving environments

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$77,000.00 - $133,000.00
