ISS STOXX Sustainability Solutions support investors in integrating responsible investment practices, monitoring portfolio companies, and meeting regulatory and disclosure requirements. The team also provides climate data, analytics, and advisory services to help financial market participants manage sustainability and climate-related risks.

The Ratings & Rankings team develops research-driven products including Corporate Ratings, SDG Solutions, E&S Disclosure QualityScore, and E&S Raw Data. We are hiring a Product Manager to support product development and enhancements across these product lines. This role reports to the Product Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and enhancement of Ratings & Rankings products

  • Gather and incorporate market/client feedback through consultations

  • Manage product backlog and respond to stakeholder inquiries

  • Write business requirements and functional specifications

  • Support product integration into client deliverables and platforms

  • Develop product illustrations and prototypes based on user needs

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product launches

Qualifications

  • Background or degree in sustainability, research, or a related field is a plus

  • 3–5 years of experience in product/project management or research

  • Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications

  • Familiarity with sustainability ratings, UN SDGs, or CSRD/ESRS is a plus

  • Agile methodology exposure is an advantage

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Market research and trend analysis skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and requirements writing skills
