Product Management Programs Analyst

The Product Management Programs Analyst drives product awareness, adoption, and sales through strategic initiatives across all channels. As a creative force within the HQ product management team, this fully remote, direct-hire role develops positioning and executes product/parts & supplies programs in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product promotional campaigns from concept through implementation, collaborating with product managers and field sales
  • Manage the Product Management Internal Webspace, including program calendars, line cards, social content, and training materials
  • Lead internal and external product communications across HQ, sales channels, zones, and regions
  • Coordinate B2B campaigns using defined processes and planning calendars to drive awareness and sales
  • Oversee supplier and internal advertising programs, including processes, reporting, and financial coordination
  • Utilize Salesforce, Cloud, and MicroStrategy to track campaign performance and inform decisions
  • Support event strategy, planning, and execution for product launches and sales engagement
  • Build metrics-driven processes using data to guide decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 3+ years of experience leading creative initiatives
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies from concept to completion, managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Cloud), data analytics tools, and various communication channels
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building metrics-driven processes
  • Creative, adaptable self-starter with excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
