We’re looking for a Product Manager – Post Purchase to help shape and evolve the customer experience across our web and app platforms. This role will focus on owning the post purchase journey end-to-end, ensuring customers have a seamless, intuitive and engaging experience after checkout.
Working closely with engineering, design and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll drive product initiatives from discovery through to delivery, balancing customer needs with business priorities in a fast-paced agile environment.
What you’ll be doing
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across quarterly delivery cycles, from ideation through to execution
Define and manage product strategy and roadmap informed by customer insights, data and business priorities
Own and optimise the post purchase experience across web and app, with a strong focus on UI, usability and customer support experience
Partner closely with engineering and design teams within an agile delivery environment, including sprint planning, stand-ups and release delivery
Drive discovery activities by staying close to customer pain points and translating insights into actionable initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, manage expectations and communicate progress
Support and mentor Associate Product Managers, helping guide delivery and ways of working
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the post purchase ecosystem, including supporting systems and architecture improvements
About you
Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within eCommerce, digital retail, post purchase or checkout experiences
Strong understanding of the post purchase ecosystem and customer journey
Experience working within agile delivery environments alongside cross-functional teams
Customer-first mindset with demonstrated experience in discovery and insight-led product development
Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on with delivery and execution
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Key skills
Structured and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capability
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
