Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager POS

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Job/Work type: Its Hybrid (3 days a week), REMOTE is also fine.

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Coimbatore

Time Zone: In IST 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Project Name: Movado

Client: Bosch

End Client: from Middle East


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product and business teams to define the product roadmap.
  • Support in requirements gathering by documenting discussions and decisions, and turning these into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Break down larger goals and strategies into smaller, actionable items
  • Work with the wider product team to prioritize and refine the teams backlog.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of new features.
  • Operate within our agile development model, delivering features iteratively.
  • Create documentation and how-to guides for business users as new features are delivered.
  • Participate in ad hoc testing/UAT and document any issues found.
  • Use data available to evaluate the success of new features and ongoing product performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Keep up with trends in customer needs, competitive offerings, and technology advancements.
  • Bring relevant emerging trends to the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in retail POS or ecommerce environments preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities - experience defining metrics, measuring performance, and using data to inform decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or PredictSpring preferred but not essential.
