This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of something challenging and transformative, someone who wants to play a critical role in driving our success.

Our mission is simple: we’re simplifying global business - so businesses thrive wherever they choose to grow. We deliver services across:

As our Portal & App Product Manager in the Acquisition and Activation tribe
You will own delivery across Sokin's Customer Portal and Mobile App, the primary self-service channels through which customers manage their accounts, initiate transactions, access reporting, and engage with the platform following onboarding. These products sit at the intersection of customer experience, payments infrastructure, identity and access management, and operational workflows, making them critical to both customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
The role will be responsible for defining and delivering product initiatives that improve customer activation, engagement, and feature adoption. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Commercial teams to translate customer and business requirements into well-defined product outcomes, balancing user experience improvements with platform scalability, technical dependencies, and regulatory considerations.
The successful candidate will own their product area end-to-end, including roadmap prioritisation, backlog management, requirements definition, delivery execution, experimentation, and performance measurement. They will be expected to use customer insights, behavioral analytics, and operational data to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and track impact against key metrics.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Product Manager will partner closely with Product Leadership to align their roadmap with tribe objectives while coordinating cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and systems. The role requires someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing complex technical dependencies, and driving execution in a fast-paced, scaling fintech environment. Familiarity with mobile operating systems and the technology around them would be beneficial for this role.
Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in.
Sokin is an equal opportunities employer and committed to maintaining an inclusive work environment. As a growing global startup with bases across multiple countries, we were established on and continue to promote an agile, flexible working culture. Please reach out to discuss any accommodations you may require during the recruitment process.
