What You’re Great At:
You are a product leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and knows how to bring clarity to ambiguity. You’ve built and shipped B2B SaaS products end-to-end, and you’re especially strong in environments where precision, compliance, and user experience all matter at once.
You are deeply customer-focused and can translate messy real-world workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences. You communicate with clarity, write strong product documentation, and naturally align engineering, design, and business stakeholders around a shared vision.
You move quickly, but intentionally. You know how to balance speed with quality, and you’re confident making tradeoffs that keep products shipping while protecting core user experiences.

Salary Band:
$90,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience and location)

In addition, PLACE’s proprietary technology and business services platform helps agents offload up to 75% of their operations tasks so they can focus on being a key advisor to their clients. PLACE partners value relationships over transactions because we take care of team accounting, bookkeeping, human resources, in-house legal, design and marketing, videography, talent acquisition, business training and coaching. Agents within PLACE-powered teams have access to employee-like benefits that are notoriously unavailable to Realtors, even at the highest production levels.
