**About the Role:**
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Personal Loans team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in product management, with a focus on driving successful product development, customer campaigns, and market research initiatives. This is a full-time office-based position, requiring someone with robust analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for personal loan offerings, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch evaluation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Develop and implement effective product campaigns to improve product penetration and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Campaigns, Risk, Operations, and IT) to ensure seamless execution of product strategies
- Monitor product performance, analyze trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve KPIs
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, detailing product performance and strategic initiatives
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- **Education:** MBA or equivalent degree
- **Experience:** Prior experience in product management, campaign management, or market research, ideally within financial services
**Required Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in the personal loan sector
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
**Additional Advantage:**
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and insights
