About the Company:
Our client is a leading financial technology company enabling seamless cross-border transactions for global businesses. The company offers local and international payment collections, holding, and payout solutions across multiple markets. They are also expanding into digital-asset-based payment ecosystems, building comprehensive crypto and stablecoin payment solutions for blockchain-powered cross-border commerce.
The Product Manager – Payments will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling global payment rails covering both traditional and crypto/stablecoin payment infrastructures. The role involves working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, legal, partnerships, operations, and GTM to deliver secure and seamless global payment experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Build crypto/stablecoin payment flows, including wallet integrations and blockchain settlement mechanisms.
Drive stablecoin feature launches (e.g., USDC, USDT) across major blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana.
Collaborate with engineering, legal, sales, compliance, and support teams to create unified fiat + crypto payment experiences.
Develop integrated payment systems that combine traditional banking rails with blockchain payment options.
Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements for crypto payments across multiple jurisdictions.
Design and manage financial APIs to ensure high-quality developer experience for payment integrations.
Analyze payment and blockchain data to inform feature decisions and optimize system performance.
Required Skills:
Must-Have:
2- 5 years of product management experience, including 1 year in fintech or crypto startups.
Proven hands-on experience with blockchain technologies—stablecoin integrations, wallet connectivity, or smart contracts.
Deep understanding of stablecoin ecosystems (USDC, USDT, DAI) and blockchain fundamentals.
Experience in API design for financial or crypto products.
Awareness of crypto regulatory and compliance frameworks (AML/KYC).
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving approach.
Good-to-Have:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Certifications or coursework in Blockchain Technology
Prior experience launching crypto/stablecoin payment products at scale.
Familiarity with major blockchain networks and crypto infrastructure platforms.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent.
Experience: 1–4 years in Product Management (preferably in fintech or crypto domains).
