Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 4000000 (ie INR 15-40 LPA)

Min Experience: 2 years

Location: Bangalore

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop crypto and stablecoin payment flows, encompassing wallet integrations and blockchain settlement processes.
  • Lead the launch of stablecoin features (such as USDC, USDT) on prominent blockchain platforms including Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana.
  • Work closely with teams from engineering, legal, sales, compliance, and support to deliver seamless fiat and crypto payment experiences.
  • Create integrated payment solutions that merge traditional banking channels with blockchain-based payment options.
  • Manage and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards related to crypto payments across various jurisdictions.
  • Design and oversee financial APIs to provide an exceptional developer experience for payment system integrations.
  • Examine payment and blockchain data to guide feature development and enhance system efficiency.

Required Skills:

Must-Have:

  • 2 to 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or crypto startup environments.
  • Demonstrated practical experience working with blockchain technologies, including stablecoin integrations, wallet connectivity, or smart contracts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of stablecoin ecosystems (USDC, USDT, DAI) and blockchain principles.
  • Experience in designing APIs for financial or crypto-related products.
  • Familiarity with crypto regulatory and compliance frameworks such as AML and KYC.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving

Good-to-Have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications or completed coursework in Blockchain Technology
  • Previous experience launching crypto and stablecoin payment products at scale.
  • Knowledge of major blockchain networks and crypto infrastructure platforms.
