Strategic Ownership:
Craft and execute Go-To-Market strategies, competitive pricing models, and P&L management to maximize revenue.
Vendor & Partner Alliance:
Act as the primary bridge between our global technology vendors and our channel partners, building eco-systems that drive mutual growth.
Empowerment & Enablement:
Translate complex technical features into compelling business value. You will train, inspire, and enable our sales force and partners to win.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee the pulse of the business—from inventory forecasting and stock optimization to deal registration and pipeline management.
The Ideal Candidate
The Experience:
1–5 years in the IT/ICT industry (Sales, Product, or Channel roles).
Note: High-potential fresh graduates with IT backgrounds are welcome to apply for the Executive track.
The Knowledge:
A solid understanding of Cybersecurity, Network Infrastructure, or the wider IT landscape.
The Personality:
You are commercially savvy, culturally sensitive, and comfortable presenting to C-level executives. You don't wait for instructions; you identify gaps and fix them.
The Toolkit:
Proficient in Sales/Operations planning. Own transport is required for client engagements.
