We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and drive the development of our next-generation productivity tools.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of web-based SaaS products with a strong focus on user experience and product performance.
  • Analyze user behavior across CAKE.com products to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Leverage customer insights from support and marketing teams, along with product analytics, to guide product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with design and development teams to turn insights into intuitive, user-centric product features.
  • Continuously iterate on the product to enhance usability, delight users, and support business goals.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably with a focus on web-based SaaS products.
  • Experience in product data analysis and SaaS product metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes.
  • Amenable to working On-site (Palo Alto office).

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience in marketing and/or customer support.
  • Experience with productivity software.
  • Design and coding skills.
