Product Manager, On-Chain Exchange / Trading Platform (Blockchain / Crypto / Web3)

The company is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager, On-Chain Solutions to design and deliver groundbreaking products that integrate on-chain technologies with exchange functionalities. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of the companys on-chain offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and enhance user experiences in the rapidly evolving blockchain landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan products that seamlessly integrate on-chain functionalities, such as transactions, with exchange operations, ensuring alignment with user needs and market trends.
• Stay ahead of blockchain industry developments, including DeFi, Layer 2 solutions, and digital identity, to propose innovative product ideas that combine these technologies with the companys platform.
• Conduct scenario-based design for on-chain products, driving their adoption and optimizing user-level applications to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Monitor competitive products and market dynamics, leveraging insights to propose iterative improvements and optimization strategies for on-chain offerings.
• Enhance the user experience of on-chain products, prioritizing security, usability, and convenience to deliver exceptional value to users.

Qualifications

• Industry Expertise Minimum of 2 years of experience as a product manager in Web3, with hands-on involvement in on-chain products or applications (e.g., wallets, NFT platforms, DeFi protocols). Deep understanding of major public chain ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, BSC, etc.) and familiarity with on-chain tools and resources.
• Innovation Mindset Proven ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and translate them into actionable product solutions, with a knack for addressing industry pain points creatively.
• Exploration Drive Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for researching and experimenting with new blockchain tools, technologies, and products to stay at the industrys cutting edge.
• Collaboration Skills Exceptional communication and cross-team collaboration abilities, with a track record of rallying resources to achieve product goals efficiently.
• User-Centric Approach Keen insight into user needs, with demonstrated success in designing and optimizing products from the users perspective to maximize adoption and satisfaction.
• Blockchain Experience Prior experience in the blockchain industry or a foundational understanding of on-chain products is highly preferred.
