業務概要：
当社の製品とサービスを市場に提供するためのマーケティングプランを策定、分析、実施を行います。新規製品の導入や製品開発など製品ポートフォリオ戦略の策定と実行、ターゲット市場に対するマーケティングプランの策定と実行、マーケティングプラン実行のための営業部との連携及びサポート、米国本社並びに各国ストライカーのマーケティングチームとの連携などの業務を通して、中長期にわたるビジネスの成長をドライブします。
職務内容：
NSE/CMF事業本部は、主に脳神経外科、整形外科、耳鼻咽喉科製品を担当するNSE営業部と、口腔外科、形成外科、心臓血管外科、呼吸器外科を担当するCMF営業部の二つで構成されています。
マーケティング担当として、NSE/CMFビジネスのブランド価値を高め、中長期的な成長をドライブするための各種業務を行います。影響力のある販売支援ツールや資材の開発、外科医の教育支援、アピール力のある宣伝材料の作成を手がけます。業界のリーダーと連携し、成功を共に築き、重要な成果を上げる絶好の機会です。私たちと一緒に、患者様の治療成果の向上を目指しましょう。
