Key Responsibilities

• Own feature definitions, acceptance criteria, and prioritization for key workflows
• Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of mobile applications (iOS, Android, and web)
• Translate banker needs into structured product requirements
• Manage MVP > Phase 2 > Scale roadmap iterations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, AI, and CRM teams
• Track behavioral metrics and refine the product through data-driven iteration

Must-Have Skillsets

• 7 plus; years in digital product management, ideally in financial services or enterprise tools
• Strong understanding of mobile app, CRM, and AI-enabled workflows
• Ability to write clear requirements and run agile ceremonies
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in usage analytics tools

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 53,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 186,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
