At Tesco, Product Managers are accountable for solving complex customer and business problems, shaping strategic products, and delivering outcomes that matter. As Product Manager for myProduct Range, you will own the vision, strategy and delivery for a critical application at the heart of Tesco’s range transformation agenda.
myProduct Range is evolving into a strategic, science-led product that enables the creation of customer-centric ranges across Tesco. You will play a pivotal role in shaping this future – working at the intersection of Commercial, Technology, Data Science and Operations to transform how ranges are designed, optimised and executed at scale.
You will take end‑to‑end accountability for the product, driving clarity on where the product is going, validating the riskiest assumptions early, and ensuring we deliver meaningful value for colleagues, customers and the business.
· Set and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for myProduct Range, aligned to Tesco’s broader commercial transformation goals.
· Lead the evolution of the product towards science-led, continuously optimised ranges.
· Act as the voice of the customer and colleague
· Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, User Research and Design to discover, validate and deliver solutions.
· Lead problem discovery and MVP validation, focusing on testing the hardest risks early.
· Make value-based prioritisation decisions, balancing strategic progress with operational stability.
· Own outcomes and KPIs, continuously learning from data and usage.
· Influence senior commercial and technology stakeholders through clear storytelling and evidence-based thinking.
· Contribute to the wider Product Management community at Tesco.
· Experience as a Product Manager owning complex, business-critical products
· Ability to define product vision and strategy and translate it into outcomes
· Experience working in cross-functional teams including Engineering and Data Science
· Customer- and outcome-led mindset with strong problem-solving skills
· Comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing short- and long-term priorities
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Structured, analytical approach to decision-making
