We are looking for a curious, resilient Product Manager with a growth mindset who loves solving tricky puzzles. In this role, that means navigating our complex, integrated core platform, Equinox, and acting as the vital "translator" between our autonomous product teams and commercial stakeholders. You are someone who communicates clearly, collaborates naturally, and knows how to build strong relationships. You aren't afraid to constructively challenge asks when needed, using customer research and data to back up your decisions.

You will be joining our Platforms Product team, working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional squad alongside Engineers, Data Specialists, Finance and Operational teams
Delivering a seamless multi-service experience for our customers means solving problems across four different industries. At the heart of this is Equinox, our long-standing core platform. It's complex, and it supports many of our key business processes and customer journeys. Your squad’s mission is to make working with Equinox predictable, efficient, transparent, and strategically aligned. You’ll act as the key "translator" between our autonomous product teams, commercial stakeholders, and the core Equinox team, while championing modernisation over time.
