FlatGigs is hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling digital platform that’s reimagining how technology, finance, and mobility intersect in the Middle East.
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can blend business strategy, user empathy, and technical understanding to lead the evolution of a world-class digital product. You’ll act as the bridge between customers, design, and engineering — turning ideas into impactful features and scalable solutions.
This is a role for a builder — someone who enjoys shaping structure from ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can drive measurable outcomes from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap in alignment with business and customer goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations) to deliver features on time and within scope.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear product specs and user stories.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives, track KPIs, and improve product performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance user experience, increase adoption, and support scalability.
- Build strong feedback loops between users and internal teams to validate ideas quickly.
- Champion agile processes and foster collaboration across distributed teams.
Requirements
Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within fintech, SaaS, mobility, or tech-driven environments.
- Proven ability to take products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of API-driven systems, platform products, and digital ecosystems.
- Solid grasp of data analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, Looker, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, or Asana).
- Analytical mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and execution focus.
- Technical literacy — able to collaborate with engineers effectively.
