As a Vice President, Product Manager within the Machine Learning & Intelligent operations team, you define and execute an AI/ML product roadmap that delivers knowledge content through APIs and services across channels and personas. You lead cross-functional squads and guide analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to build scalable, governed solutions aligned to business OKRs. You partner with Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Controls, and Technology to prioritize delivery, production support, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
L ead / groom a team of analyst who will work and help achieve the OKR’s of the Area Product through coordinating with different stakeholders to identify the opportunities for Data Science/Analytics which can drive relevant insights for Business.
Provide a technical, consulting and domain leadership to a team of Business Analysts, Data Modelling, Data Engineers and Data Scientists with an aim of providing analytical solution.
Lead the team on requirement gathering, data understanding, defining scope, building, and implementing solution.
Leverage different Data Science (Machine Learning, Deep Learning and NLP) & Azure’s AI capabilities to build the solution and analytics strategy.
Work with Data Engineering, Data Modelling, Cloud Admin and Power BI team to design an end-to-end solution
Responsible for a product area in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence to deliver knowledge content viaAPIs and services suitable to channel (contact center, voice, digital, branches), personalized by persona (agent, specialist, banker, advisor, customer)
Execute the strategic knowledge management roadmap and continuously refine requirements to deliver collective knowledge services and capabilities to scale
