Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies for CentoDx, aligning with CENTOGENE’s global and regional objectives.
• Provide sales enablement and technical training to internal teams, distributors, and clinical partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops for customers and professionals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
• Serve as the product expert, providing scientific and clinical insights for field activities.
• Work with global product and marketing teams on launch planning, content localization, and promotional initiatives.
• Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to support product improvement.
• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Your profile

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medicine, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, clinical diagnostics, IVD, or life science industries.
• Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics, NGS workflows, and genetic testing.
• Proven experience in delivering product training, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey technical value clearly.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Traditional or Simplified); proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region and work in a cross-functional, international environment.
