About the Company:
Our client is a leading fintech platform enabling cross-border payments, collections, holdings, and payouts across 70+ markets. They offer a compliance-first approach so partners can operate across jurisdictions without local entities — reducing costs, improving authorization rates, and providing forex transparency.
The Product Manager – Merchant Experience will own merchant-facing surfaces (APIs and dashboard) to ensure merchants and developer partners can integrate and operate payment workflows reliably and efficiently. The role works closely with engineering, design, partnerships, legal, risk, and operations to deliver a best-in-class merchant and developer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and evolve the API platform for payin, holding, and payout flows.
Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing for customer impact and business value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch merchant-facing features.
Ensure platform reliability, extensibility, and low latency
Design and optimize the merchant dashboard for actionability and operational efficiency.
Support developer integrations with Postman collections, sample integrations, and technical guidance.
Use data and user feedback to iterate and measure product success.
Required Skills:
Must-Have:
1–3 years of product experience, preferably in fast-paced startups.
Strong API design taste and developer-experience focus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Data-oriented — able to analyze product/integration metrics.
Ownership mentality and bias for action.
Good-to-Have:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience with payments or financial products.
Experience delivering scalable software and working with cross-functional teams.
Deep technical understanding of engineering concepts.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/related field preferred.
Experience: 1–4 years in Product Management.
