Product Manager – Mediplast Own Brand

Are you passionate about quality, regulatory assurance, and driving business growth? Mediplast is seeking a meticulous and business-minded Product Manager to take responsibility for our Own Brand portfolio. In this key role, you will work closely with our own production, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards while supporting commercial success and developing the portfolio to meet evolving market needs. You will be part of a dedicated team of Product Managers who focus on Mediplast Own Brand, and you will collaborate closely with the QA department to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Development: Take ownership of the Mediplast Own Brand product portfolio. Continuously analyze market trends and customer needs to develop and optimize the portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive and relevant.

Quality & Regulatory Assurance: Collaborate closely with the QA/RA team to ensure all products comply with relevant standards and regulations. Maintain and update technical files, and oversee documentation to guarantee full compliance with quality management systems.

Administration: Take responsibility for all administrative tasks related to the product portfolio, including maintaining accurate records, managing product documentation, and ensuring timely completion of regulatory submissions and post market surveillance.

Production Collaboration: Work directly with our Sourcing team to ensure products are developed, manufactured, and maintained according to required specifications and standards.

Business Support & Growth: Support the sales organization by providing expert knowledge and training on Mediplast Own Brand products. Identify opportunities for growth within your segment and actively contribute to commercial strategies.

Training & Education: Deliver training sessions to the sales force, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent and sell our products effectively.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders across production, sales, and quality to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Own Brand portfolio.

About You

You have a strong background in administration and a keen eye for detail, with proven experience in quality and regulatory assurance. We believe you have previous experience as a Product Manager or within QA/RA. You are structured, thorough, and comfortable working with technical documentation and compliance processes. At the same time, you are business-minded, enjoy supporting sales, and are motivated by developing a product portfolio that meets market needs and drives growth. Experience from the MedTech industry and/or healthcare is highly valued.

Other Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel as required for the role
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
