We are looking for a highly experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our products with a strong focus on data and analytics capabilities. As a key member of our product team, you will drive innovation, optimize insights for business impact, and ensure the successful delivery of new solutions from concept to launch. Your Day-to-Day

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for products, emphasizing data and analytics initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, analytics, compliance, and marketing, to build and launch new solutions.
• Analyze business needs, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize existing products.
• Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with data governance and industry regulations.
• Advocate for a data-informed, customer-first approach using insights, research, and analytics.
• Spearhead initiatives to adopt and integrate emerging data technologies into the organization’s ecosystem.
• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership on product priorities and progress.
• Drive go-to-market strategies for new features and solutions, ensuring smooth adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a tech company (fintech, payments, or data/analytics products are an advantage).
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience making data-informed product decisions.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Analytics, or related fields.
