Responsibilities:

- Define and drive product strategy for Local Services listing growth and maturity, including competitive-gap expansion, demand-driven assortment growth, BML price-comparison capabilities, and listing-tier strategies; improve supply coverage and listing sell-through.

- Design and operate incentive & leveling programs that move merchants up the listing ladder.

- Match tailored listing playbooks to segmented user goals and business scenarios; use data and research to spot trends, surface opportunities, and build actionable roadmaps.

- Partner with Operations, Consumer Product, Merchandising, Creator, and Search teams to align listing-stage tactics and merchant rewards.
