We’re looking for someone with deep IT domain knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit to join the Nexthink Library team, creators of the no-code content packs that make Nexthink instantly valuable for customers.
You’ll own a portfolio of IT topics (for example: AI compliance, endpoint health, collaboration tools, Windows upgrades, or zero-trust readiness) and lead them end-to-end: researching customer pain points, shaping the roadmap, creating the solutions yourself, and collaborating across product, marketing, and customer success to bring them to market.
This role is ideal for experienced IT consultants or IT professionals who want to dramatically scale their impact. Instead of helping one company at a time, you’ll identify patterns across industries and build solutions that help thousands of organisations and millions of employees work more efficiently and productively.
It’s also a great match for product managers with strong IT backgrounds who want to build and ship solutions fast. You can design, create, and release content in minutes, without waiting for engineering cycles, while also contributing directly to Nexthink’s growth.
