Position Specific Description
This position will serve as the Lead Product Manager for systems and associated tools, partnering closely with product teams, technology teams, and business stakeholders to design, enhance, and deliver scalable capabilities. The role ensures that systems support evolving business needs while advancing our XD (Experience Design) and Rewire transformation initiatives.
The position drives the ideation, prioritization, development, and launch of new system capabilities and enhancements, ensuring alignment with customer lifecycle strategy, operational excellence, and revenue growth objectives.

Employees in this position lead and support cross-functional strategic projects. Employees conduct complex analyses and lead projects that support and align with business unit objectives. Employees in this role develop and present business cases and review and approve findings for presentation to senior management.
