Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support the growth and expansion of digital lending products and financial services initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer acquisition, onboarding, and lending processes.
• Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure smooth execution of lending programs.
• Monitor key business metrics, customer performance indicators, and operational KPIs.
• Assist in implementing scalable processes that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
• Support stakeholder communication, reporting, and project execution activities.
• Contribute to product enhancements and process optimization initiatives across the lending lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Lending, Operations, Business Development, Product, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of lending processes, financial products, or digital financial services.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating across business, technology, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and business analysis methodologies is preferred.
• Interest in fintech innovation, digital lending, and customer-centric financial solutions.
