Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager Junior to join our Product Marketing team in South West Europe on a temporary contract (to support the team during a maternity leave period)

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing – South West Europe, you will work closely with Product Managers and support key initiatives related to product launches, pricing analysis, and cross-functional projects.

Your responsibilities

Support product launches

• Prepare and coordinate product launches across the markets of the region
• Support the development of launch materials and communication with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, technical teams)
• Help ensure the smooth execution of launch activities

Pricing and market analysis

• Support pricing analysis and preparation of pricing updates
• Consolidate market inputs and internal data to support pricing decisions
• Contribute to pricing review processes

Project coordination

• Support the Product Marketing team in coordinating key product-related projects
• Ensure follow-up on project timelines and deliverables
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and marketing

Market insights

• Help gather customer and market feedback
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to strengthen product positioning and market performance

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• A first experience in product management, marketing, or project coordination is mandatory
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an international environment
• English required; additional European languages (Spanish, Italian, Dutch) are an advantage

Nous recherchons un(e) Product Manager Junior pour rejoindre notre équipe de Product Marketing Europe Sud-Ouest dans le cadre de lancements de nouveaux produits.

Rattaché(e) au Head of Product Marketing – South West Europe, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Product Managers et contribuerez aux initiatives clés liées aux lancements de produits, à l’analyse des prix et aux projets transverses.

Vos responsabilités

Support aux lancements de produits

• Préparer et coordonner les lancements de produits sur les différents marchés de la région
• Contribuer à la création des supports de lancement et à la communication avec les parties prenantes internes (équipes commerciales, marketing, techniques)
• Veiller au bon déroulement des activités de lancement

Analyse des prix et du marché

• Participer à l’analyse des prix et à la préparation des mises à jour tarifaires
• Consolider les données marché et internes pour appuyer les décisions de pricing
• Contribuer aux processus de révision des prix

Coordination de projets

• Assister l’équipe Product Marketing dans la coordination des projets clés liés aux produits
• Assurer le suivi des plannings et des livrables
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes transverses (ventes, opérations, marketing)

Analyse du marché

• Contribuer à la collecte des retours clients et des informations marché
• Aider à identifier des opportunités pour renforcer le positionnement des produits et leur performance sur le marché

Votre profil

• Diplôme de niveau Master en commerce, marketing, ingénierie ou domaine équivalent

• Une première expérience en gestion de produit, marketing ou coordination de projet est obligatoire

• Excellentes capacités d’analyse et d’organisation
• Bonnes compétences en communication
• Capacité à travailler avec des équipes transverses dans un environnement international
• Anglais requis ; d’autres langues européennes (espagnol, italien, néerlandais) sont un plus
