Team Introduction:

We are a product team focused on improving merchant growth certainty on Shop Ads. Centered on GMVmax, we build scalable products that help merchants identify key issues, discover growth opportunities, and take clear, actionable next steps. Through diagnostics, recommendations, benefits, and creative insights, we drive best-practice adoption ultimately improving GMV performance and long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Work with the lead Product Manager to build TikTok shop ads products like diagnosis, benift, recommendation, insight products that help advertisers follow ads best practice and grow their business on Tiktok shop.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like operations, engineering, data science, platform to define goals, develop, test, and launch products

- Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
