The Team

The Infant Care Marketing Team supports the strategy and execution of therapy‑led portfolios used in neonatal and paediatric care. The team brings together strong product knowledge, disciplined messaging, and consistent execution to ensure therapies perform effectively in real clinical environments.

This role will support the Nasal High Flow portfolio, which is used globally to support respiratory care for vulnerable newborns and children. With opportunity to grown in the long term.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Infant Care Marketing Team in a full‑time, permanent role.

In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day marketing and product management of the Nasal High Flow portfolio, working closely with the Portfolio Lead and broader cross‑functional teams. You will take responsibility for key areas of execution, contribute to in‑market performance, and ensure teams are equipped with clear messaging and strong product understanding.

This role suits someone who is motivated by responsibility, enjoys working on complex products, and takes pride in delivering reliable, high‑quality outcomes that make a real difference for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support portfolio execution across global markets, including demand planning and forecasting, product and UI updates, and lifecycle activities
• Develop and maintain clear, effective product messaging to support sales, clinical, and commercial teams
• Build and apply strong product and therapy knowledge, grounded in clinical use environments and customer needs
• Work closely with cross‑functional partners in Sales, Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to deliver agreed outcomes
• Support product development activities by applying market and customer insights within a regulated medical device environment

About you and what you bring:

• You are comfortable taking ownership of your work and delivering to a high standard.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, or in a related scientific, engineering, clinical, or sales environment

• Both technical understanding and marketing capability, gained through qualifications or experience
• An interest in healthcare and improving outcomes for neonatal and paediatric patients
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical and technical information clearly and confidently
• The ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams and manage multiple workstreams
• A structured, dependable approach, with a focus on follow‑through and delivery
