1. Position Purpose
The Product Manager – Industrial Flooring will be responsible for driving the technical, product, application Support, site trouble shooting leading to commercial success of Sika India's Industrial Flooring portfolio.
The role will act as a critical interface between R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Target Market Team Manager and key Customers or consultants, with primary responsibility for product validation, technical documentation, application excellence, product development, technical training, competitive benchmarking and strategic project support.
The incumbent is expected to bring strong practical knowledge of industrial flooring systems, flooring application techniques, construction practices, failure analysis and flooring product chemistry, combined with the ability to translate technical knowledge into valied and satisfactory customer complaint resolutions.
The position requires a hands-on technical leader who can independently assess flooring systems at site and in Lab with R&D Team, identify application and product-related risks, develop solutions and support the business in establishing Flooring portfolio in India.

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent
