As a Product Manager you will contribute to the development of Custody area in Luminor. You will be closely working with sub-custodians' network and as well with Luminor Asset Management companies to whom depository services are provided.
What You Will Do:
Act as an end-to-end product owner for Custody products and have full understanding about the processes within the Custody products area
Manage product and related system updates and feature enhancements
Define needed systems and processes for Custody products and align product goals with the bank objectives and market trends
Implement the changes coming from the regulations and market practices
Design efficient internal processes and prepare area related internal regulations
Contribute for creating educational materials and conduct educational sessions for Operations teams and other Product Managers
Coordinate with Development, Operations, IT, Customer service, Investment Regulatory Support and Partners teams to resolve issues and optimize processes
Assure necessary ongoing support for stakeholders and colleagues
Work in Agile way ensuring the delivery and understanding of priorities.
What We Expect:
Working knowledge of securities settlement, safekeeping, and/or pension fund depository services
Understanding of the relevant industry regulations and best practices in custody
Previous professional experience using Atlassian Confluence and/or JIRA, business process modelling knowledge and basic skills in data modelling
Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs and sales data to create product development strategies and fact based decision-making
Higher degree in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management or related field
Ability to present complex content both to technical and non-technical stakeholders in structured verbal and written form
Participating in IT project implementation in the role as product owner and having awareness of IT services and operations
Knowledge of banking business in Baltic countries
Fluent English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication

Gross salary: 2880–4320 EUR/month, depending on experience and competencies, with the possibility of a senior-level offer for highly qualified candidates.
