Job Description

Technical Product Manager II– Technology - Remote - USA

The Product Manager II Technology role will help lead the expansion and adoption of our genetic tests through increasing and enhancing our EMR integrations with large health systems and EMR vendors. This role will drive innovative initiatives, and the ideal candidate will have a track record of building strong relationships with partners and customers, and who has demonstrated success influencing large cross-functional teams.

Responsibility

  1. Drive prioritization efforts for the EMR product domain.

  2. Partner with PMO, TPMs, and business stakeholders to write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs.

  3. Engage with UX designers, business stakeholders, and software engineering teams through the full product and order management lifecycle.

  4. Manage and maintain the backlog of the engineering team(s) you are assigned to. This includes prioritization, requirements refinement, quarterly planning, and Jira hygiene standards.

  5. Champion our EMR products throughout the organization and present updates to senior management.

  6. Continually validate products with internal and external customer feedback and against business metrics.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 3 years of Product Owner experience with proven success shipping multiple technology products across releases.

  2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

  3. CSPO certification is preferred but not required.

  4. Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  5. Track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.

  6. Experience developing and presenting business cases and multi-phase product roadmaps.

  7. Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven approach to decision making.

  8. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  9. Attention to detail.

  10. Proficient in Agile development.

  11. Knowledge of the healthcare space preferred.

We take geographic location into account when determining base salary to ensure equitable and competitive compensation.
