About the Role
The Product Manager IIwill ownthe Elsevier Adaptive Quizzing and EAQ AI product suiteLast year, EAQ delivered over 8.3M assessments to nursing and allied health degree seeking students.Theywill drive solutions to problems with the delivery team(s) and set the agenda for the product domains, driving program execution. In addition,theywill propose new business product strategies thataddress the customer's current and futurechallengesand helpdrive commercial success. This individual will actively mentor and informally lead cross-functional team members.
Responsibilities
Interacts with customers regularly and thoroughlyunderstandstheir use cases andproblems to solve
Validates product strategy based on knowledge of customers, competitors, customer feedback, internaldata,and market trends.
Drives formulation of overall research/testing strategy andensuresproduct decisions are based on data.
Identifykey data and set KPIs, priorities, and dashboards.
Develop hypothesis-driven product evaluation strategies, including AB testing for interactive products in-line with NHE’s Responsible AI framework.
Develop clear go-to-market launch plans with marketing and sales teams.
Participate in business strategic planning and contribute to sales and business developmentstrategies
Developsappropriate metricsand tracking of launch initiatives and ensures reporting to stakeholders.
Ensures ROIfor go tomarket strategy, including revenue goals.
Oversees the product strategy,planning,and execution.
Propose or support business cases for investment.
Utilize or extend the company's platform and underlying technologies to create new product features.
Requirements
Have2-5years of Product Management experience working in an agile team environment.
Experience working on a successful GAI project; understanding of RAG architecture environments and LLMs is a major plus.
Experience working with Evaluation and Data Science teams and creating requirements for effective research and outcomes a major plus.
Demonstrate long-term ownership and success in leading product lifecycle strategy and planning.
Be ableto develop deep customer relationships that drive meaningful dialogue about the future direction of a product.
Background in healthcare-related or education-relatedfieldsa plus.
Experience working with querying userdataa major plus.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
