Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. We are in top 10 of Gartner 2026 Global Supply Chain rankings. Our mission is to deliver the world’s computer with an industry-leading supply chain. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of data centre assets worldwide. We are looking for people who can get innovative in solution envisioning, have a high bias for action and obsess over customer experience.We have an exciting opportunity in the CSCP Product Management org for a Product Manager 2 to drive building Engineering capabilities that optimally deliver capacity and continuously protect the capacity experience of Microsoft’s Cloud customers.

Responsibilities

• Envision and lead the development of the next-generation commodity supply chain management workflow and data analytics solutions that drive Microsoft’s Cloud Supply Chain.
• Engage closely with customers and partners to deeply understand their needs and demonstrate customer obsession.
• Translate business opportunities and pain points into a roadmap of product investments, breaking down ambiguous and complex problems into a manageable list of epics and features with clearly articulated specifications.
• Be curious, connect data, generate insights, and define experiments to validate or invalidate hypotheses with results that ultimately lead to the right feature and investment decisions.
• Drive an inclusive planning process for each product or initiative, balancing partners’ input and driving alignment to organizational objectives and key results.
• Ruthlessly prioritize, manage stakeholder expectations when making trade-offs, and achieve high-value outcomes for customers, partners, and sellers.
• Partner closely with software engineering teams, operations, and data science teams to deliver key product capabilities and business goals.
• Proactively identify critical risks and dependencies to execute upon the product roadmap and KPIs, mitigating risks by tightly collaborating within and across teams.
• Continuously engage with customers, partners, and leadership to provide updates on the product roadmap and collect actionable feedback.
• Identify critical data and telemetry required to optimize product functionality, and work with engineering teams to grow the required data footprint.
• Manage metrics, dashboards, and analytics that track product performance against goals and optimize functionality to drive success.
• Perform rich analysis and develop actionable insights using a variety of data sets.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or Computer Science or other Quantitative fields.
• 3-5 years combined experience into Product Management, Program Management.
• years of experience leading e2e product lifecycle development partnering with Engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals
• MBA in formation systems/ Supply chain
• 2 years strong data analysis skills
• Experience with leading digital transformation infusing AI capabilities.
• 2 years demonstrated leadership skills-proven in creating clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.
• Proven success in collaborating across engineering, business, data science, and operational teams, up to and including working with director level stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• 2+ years demonstrated proficiency in executive level presentations and communications.
• Ability to quickly learn existing concepts and employ new techniques.

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
