Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for power ICs, aligning with market needs
• Prioritise features and specs based on customer feedback, technical feasibility and profitability
• Collaborate with Engineers to translate market requirements into technical specifications
• Partner with Supply Chain to ensure production timelines and inventory levels meet demand forecasts
• Support sales/marketing with technical collateral (whitepapers, application notes)
• Execute a Go-To-Market strategy

Requirements

• Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• At least 5 years in semiconductor product management (power electronics preferred)
• Proven track record of launching IC products
• Strategic Vision - ability to balance technical constraints with market opportunities
• Technical acumen deep understanding of power semiconductors and application and comfortable interpreting datasheets, test reports and industry
