About the Role

With success and growth, the team and products available at Mineral Technologies are vastly growing with new product offerings being made globally.
The Product Manager – Hydrocyclone Equipment is accountable for the end to end performance, competitiveness, and lifecycle management of Mineral Technologies’ global hydrocyclone product portfolio. The role provides technical, commercial, and strategic product leadership to ensure hydrocyclone equipment meets current and future customer requirements, supports global sales growth, and delivers sustainable techno economic advantage. This includes close collaboration with Business Development, Process Technology Development (R&D), Metallurgical Services, and Manufacturing to align product strategy, development priorities, and delivery outcomes. Duties the successful incumbent can envision themselves attending too are:

• Ensure hydrocyclone product design, manufacture, and delivery align with WHS, environmental, and risk management requirements.
• Lead continuous product improvement initiatives focused on performance, reliability, wear life, and cost competitiveness
• Provide single point accountability for the global hydrocyclone product portfolio
• Monitor customer, market, and competitor trends to inform development priorities
• Support the development of aftersales strategies in collaboration with BD and service teams
• Ensure global laboratory and test equipment supporting hydrocyclone products remains operational and fit for purpose (where applicable)

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Process, or Metallurgical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in mineral processing or related equipment markets
• Exposure to hydrocyclone technology and applications in a commercial or operational context is preferred
• Available to travel
• Demonstrated experience in product management, product development, or technology leadership roles
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer and business value
