Equitable is looking for a Product Manager for their Individual Annuity Product Solutions & Implementation Team. This position is on the Exceptions Processing team in direct involvement with the field and reports directly to the department's Team Lead.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage the implementation of changes to annuity product forms, including eDox.
  • Management and implementation of the processing of Retail product exception and the weekly Exceptions Committee Meeting, exclusive of large case Retail exceptions.
  • Oversee the review and approval of Marketing Materials, Sales Ideas, and Presentations.
  • Participate in the yearly Prospectus review process.
  • Assist in Contract and Filed Forms reviews and analysis as needed.
  • Responsible for working with the Senior Product Managers of Individual Retirement to:
    • Support coordination of all aspects of implementation for prioritized initiatives including post-implementation monitoring and evaluation. Typically, this will require working with other areas for specific implementation needs.
    • Clear communication of status, milestones and deliverables across all projects.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $82,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of annuity products.
  • Knowledge of Individual Retirement products in the inforce block.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excels at multi-tasking and working in a team environment.
  • Enjoys and is efficient at attention to detail in a fast-paced, heavy volume environment.

Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations.

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
