What will you be doing? In your role as HR Technology Product Manager, you will play a critical part in shaping our Human Resource technology strategy. Your leadership and executive presence will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product development and innovation in our HR processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Roadmap Execution
Continue to define and execute the product roadmap for the Global HR function, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and adapting to customer needs. This includes prioritizing initiatives that support Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, pay transparency) and HR Business Partner workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Global HR function leadership, HR teams, and external vendors to gather insights, prioritize features, and enhance product adoption across the organization. A core part of this role is acting as a strategic partner to Total Rewards and HRBPs by guiding conversations away from pre‑defined technical solutions and toward clear business problem statements.
- Market Insights
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our HR tools. Third‑party tool evaluation is a critical piece of our technology evolution, and being a market expert is a key part of the role. This includes assessing when to leverage existing platforms (such as UKG) versus third‑party tools supporting compensation planning, analytics, or pay transparency requirements.
- User Experience Advocacy
Champion the needs of HR users, ensuring that solutions support effective decision‑making, operational efficiency, and a consistent employee experience. Proactive identification of the business problems to solve and making informed technology recommendations is expected. This role requires strong curiosity, listening skills, and the ability to uncover requirements that may not initially be articulated by stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking
Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product effectiveness and guide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implementation Support
Facilitate the successful rollout of new technologies and processes, providing necessary training and support to ensure user adoption. This is achieved by transitioning roadmap items to the delivery teams (Business Technology, Technical Project Manager) with detailed, specific requirements and clear acceptance criteria.
Requirements (please submit your application and resume in English)

- Demonstrated experience translating HR business needs into technology solutions
- HR Domain Expertise
- Strong Total Rewards experience, including compensation planning, benefits administration, open enrollment, and related workflows
- Understanding of how HR systems support compensation, benefits, and workforce processes
- Product and Delivery Skills
- Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements end to end, including clear problem statements, detailed requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Experience partnering with delivery teams to move work from roadmap to implementation, including effective handoffs through rollout and adoption
- Ability to evaluate business needs and prioritize initiatives based on impact and user value
- Technology and Tools
- Experience working with HR technology platforms and third‑party vendors
- UKG experience preferred, particularly with workflows, configuration, or reporting
- Experience evaluating when to enhance existing platforms versus introducing new tools
- Communication and Collaboration
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal), including the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and produce clear, detailed documentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide solution‑focused partners back to underlying business problems
- Comfort operating in complex or time‑sensitive environments, including key HR cycles such as compensation and benefits events
